What can the Volunteer Centre do for your organisation?

• Recruit and refer volunteers
• Offer information and advice on volunteering issues
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures
• Provide training for volunteers and individuals working with volunteers

How can you access our services?

This can be done by following the steps below:

1. Firstly contact us and one of the development staff can assist you in completing a registration form if required and answer any questions/queries you may have
2. Following registration you can then provide us with any information on opportunities that you may have for us to promote. There is no limit to the number of opportunities that you can register with us
3. The opportunities that you register with us are then promoted on a nationwide website and within the Centres two locations (Ardrossan and Irvine) allowing them to be viewed by a large number of prospective volunteers

Do you have to pay for the Volunteer Centres services?

• No, the majority of our services are provided free of charge to voluntary and community groups
• There are minimal fees applied to some of our training courses, details of which can be provided for you to chose whether or not you want to participate
